Yeps...
I used to got the same error with Windows XP SP2.
I uninstalled SP2, and all was OK for me !
I had it too. Fixed it by removing the Verizon Toolbar from Windows Explorer. (Used Hijackthis program. Removed 2 references. Now I'm golden.)
Hey, have you fixed this problem yet?, i'm getting it too..
I haven't had this problem for a year, yet I can't remember if I did anything or if it went away by itself. I'm running SP2.
