Thanks for sharing. Mine looks exactly the same. The question is: What to do about it? How to treat it? How to avoid more?
I went to a dermatologist. She was able to remove the nodules but she had no insight to offer into how to avoid more.
I went to a surgeon and he said it was caused by rubbing on the pillow while sleeping on my right side, so sleep on the left side and see me in six weeks.
