With Veo gone, who will make new swivel lens cameras?

Here's the manual to the Veo Photo Traveler 130S. The 2004 drivers for this device do not work with the 2007 Windows Mobile Classic 6 device iPAQ 210. There has been nothing at www.veo.com for quite some time, which I assume means the company has gone out of business. The Veo 130S device also sold by HP as the Photosmart Mobile Camera (model FA185A#ABA), which worked with the same drivers in the pre-version 6 Windows Mobile releases. This was a great product because, unlike built-in mobile device cameras, it had a swivel lens that could rotate to face forwards, backwards or upwards, while keeping the screen in view. With Veo gone, who will make new drivers, new cameras?
